Interview with Simon Teune on radio3 by rbb and in the taz

What forms of protest are legitimate? Who benefits from protest? And how are forms of protest evaluated at different points in time? Simon Teune from subproject B03 gave two interviews about the effects of protest in relation to the disruption caused by the Centre for Political Beauty during the ARD's summer interview with AfD chairwoman Alice Weidel.
In an interview with radio3, Teune clearly describes only the confirmed right-wing extremist party as anti-democratic, as the action is now being accused of by various actors: No protest is not a solution to combat misanthropic positions. The disruption not only questioned the convictions of the AfD, but also those of ARD, thus achieving its goal of shifting the discourse. In the article ‘Protest against the AfD. Loud and beautiful’ in the taz, Teune also notes that the understanding of protest has narrowed – yet the AfD's unchallenged self-portrayal on large platforms is the much bigger problem.
